Cromwell's corpse had been embalmed and wrapped in cloth after the post - mortem. It was dug up three years later after the return of Charles II. The body was removed from Westminster Abbey on 26th January 1661. Four days later, on the anniversary of the execution of Charles I it was dragged to Tyburn and hung from the gallows all day before being taken down and having the head severed from the body. It took more than one blow to remove Cromwell's head. www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/leisure/museums/cromwellWhat is a Bardick?

The plant - properly known as Armorphophallus titanium - comes from the rainforests of western Sumatra in Indonesia and was discovered in 1878. Its commonly known as the "corpse flower" because its colossal lily-shaped purple buds smell of rotting flesh. The largest recorded was in 1983. Its final height was 2.74 meters (nine feet). It stinks so much to attract the insect life it needs to reproduce and blooms about every 20 years. It has a life span of about 40 years.

I had a cat named Yoda does that count? Oh wait, she never made headlines...anyhoo... A Chicago couple adopted a 4 eared cat from a pub. They keep him indoors for fear of someone catnapping their little furball. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1046684/Meet-Yoda-cat-FOUR-ears.html oh and in the article she says something about "owning" cats...you don't own cats, they own you.
