A few words about the 1992 play taken from a BBC interview: Despite his early misgivings about education, Rufus (who insists: "I'm a better-behaved boy now than I was then,") studied at London's Central School of Speech and Drama, where he won the Best Newcomer Award for his London stage debut in Making It Better.
"I was a very undisciplined person but acting was something that actually motivated me to get up in the morning. I hadn't experienced that before, but it was something that really excited me.
