Well, well, well! What a fun treasure chest of Rufus info I have stumbled upon here! I found this forum the other night, and I was instantly hooked! Reading so many great, witty, and funny posts made me want to join right away, but knowing how addicted I might become gave me pause. Well, obviously that didn't last long, and here I am, joining! I look forward to having lots of fun here!!

Hello back, Pixie, and welcome! Yes, I'm afraid having made that fatal step, there's no going back now. On the plus side, you can express how you feel about Rufus without fear of ridicule, you can have a lot of laughs and make lots of new friends as well. As Dippy says, enjoy exploring, especially the Games (you'll want to check out the Cap-it and Non-Rufus Cap-It threads in particular - get a cup of coffee or three as they run to lots of pages), and do check out Media for pics and interviews. Our sister site www.roofsewell.com is no longer being updated, but there are multimedia goodies there. Oh, nearly forgot - do tell us how you came to fall for Rufus and what your favourite roles are! Welcome again, and I hope to see you on the threads. GE2 PS - "fun treasure-chest of Rufus" - I like that!!

Welcome to you, Pixie. As the others have noted, Rufus-mania is a disease for which there is no known cure, and if there were one no one would take it anyway! Have a great time, and join in as much as you can.

Welcome, pixie! You'll find all kinds of Rufus-goodies on this board! I try to stop in at least once a day for a Rufus-fix, sometimes more depending on my hormone levels and if there's any new pics! Have fun!

Welcome, Pixie...........
Yes, this is absolutely the best place to come for the most accurate and timely info on the Fabulous Rufus. The ladies of this forum are witty, clever and very dedicated. You will love it here. I noticed you live very close to me. I'm in San Diego, about a 2 hour drive from you. And robbiesheik lives in Irvine. Great to have so many Californians on the board. "See" you on the board !

Welcome again, and I hope to see you on the threads. GE2 PS - "fun treasure-chest of Rufus" - I like that!! Oh yes! I have just begun to delve into the "cap it" thread, and for some odd reason I can't seem to get this grin off my face! LOL! So many clever (and hilarious!) ones! I can't wait to make my way through the media thread as well! There are bound to be tons of things I have never seen! As for how I came to fall for Rufus, well, I had rented a little movie called "The Very Thought of You" ( maybe some of you have heard of it? KIDDING.) several years ago because I was a fan of Joseph Fiennes at the time. Well, I ended up buying that movie because one particular babe distinguished actor caught my eye - Rufus! Shortly thereafter, I remember my mom and I simultaneously looking at each other and whispering the words " Look at him!" when we went to see "A Knights Tale". From then on I lightly followed his career, but it has only been in the last couple years that my interest has exponentially increased! I love Rufus in everything I have seen him in, but I must say that "Taming of the Shrew" and "Dangerous Beauty" are two of my all time favorites! Well, I have gone on and on, so I will close with a big thank you for such a warm welcome!

"See" you on the board ! , Spice! Coincidentally, my in-laws live in San Diego (love it there!!) and my husband works in Irvine quite often! Small world after all (unintentional Disney reference, hahah). Yes, from the posts I have read thus far, I can tell just how "witty, clever, and very dedicated" you ladies are! That's one of the things that has really drawn me in! It's amazing how a common interest (or obsession, hehe) in Rufus can bring to light so many interesting (and fun!) personalities and perspectives! I know I will love it here. I already do!
