Put the first load of laundry (I feel your pain, Tipou!) in the washer and then ate breakfast.

Just finished eating a Torta el Pastor from El Rey. (It wasn't as good as I had hoped.)

OMG Judy what is that? A pastor in UK means a vicar or Priest but I don't think you are into cannibalism or are you? the last thing I did was to take a pic of the Roofie calender I made. will try to post it later

LOL, Frannie! No, I am not a cannibal. Here is a Torta al Pastor: It's a Mexican sandwich of marinated pork, onions, peppers, queso fresco, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes on a toasted soft bun (called a bolillo). They are very, very delicious (usually), but the one I had yesterday wasn't that great. Back to this game ... I just finished an e-mail to our capital projects coordinator regarding installation of a new traffic signal. (Exciting, huh?)

(queso fresco is literally "fresh cheese." It's kind of like feta, but more mild and not so tangy.) I just finished eating lunch. (I wish I could have had another torta!)
