Well here's the answers:
I have 2 brothers. My eldest brother is married to my husband's sister. Therefore we are brother and sister-in-law twice over!! They met before us, but got married 3 weeks after us.
Yes, I did have a step uncle who was a Dutch international goalkeeper. Never met the guy though!!! His name was Vanderkolk apparently.
So that leaves you as the winner again GE2 ;D
My Godfather is in fact English, but he does speak fluent French.

Megagem got the lie! I read The Thorn Birds when a friend brought back a copy from the States soon after it was published there, and LOVED it (I've never forgiven TV for that dreadful adaptation with Richard Chamberlain. Rufus MUST be Father Ralph, if they ever remake it properly), and I read P&P after enjoying the BBC production. I've tried to read Middlemarch and just can't get into it. Over to you, Meg!

I've tried to read Middlemarch and just can't get into it. I'm the exact same way, but only because I already know the ending and that kind of puts me off I've tried to get into George Eliot's Daniel Deronda as well but to no avail. OK...here goes... 1. I have an uncle who is an astronaut. 2. My fingernails are all painted different colours in my close-up high school graduation photo. 3. My cousin is the lead singer of the American rock band Emery.

Dirtygirldiva got the lie!
I DON'T have an uncle that's an astronaut. My fingernails ARE all painted different colours in the picture (I had writer's block the night before it was taken. Painting my nails different colours for some reason clears my mind and I forgot to take it off the next morning, much to my mother's and the rest of my family's chagrin). My cousin IS the lead singer of the American rock band Emery. His name is Toby Morrell and he's my dad's sister's son.
