Dreamer, I'm so jealous. What a beautiful photo. Wish I was there. It will just have to be a screensaver for me. Thanks for the recipe Judypatooty. I've only recently tried chocolate with orange flavoring(another thread). I love it. Wish I had tred it years ago, can't get enough now(Lindt, Intense Orange). I can't wait to try this recipe. I got the Director's cut of Dark City from my sister for Christmas. You know what I'll be watching tonight. I have recently made a convert of her.Made her watch TOTS with me on Youtube. She was hooked. Then it was Tristan and Isolde. She called me after watching it and wanted to know more about Rufus and why hasn't she heard of him before? I was so suprised when I opened my present and she knew enough to get the Director's version. Ahhhh, I've taught her well.

Good work, evn! I wish I could get my sister interested. So how many times did you rewind and freeze-frame that bathroom scene in Dark City? Come on now. You can tell us. As to the cake ... it turned out beautifully! A lot of work but worth it ...

That is beautiful!!I'm on a diet right now but when I reach the next goal, I'm going to make this cake. (Who am I kidding?)For now, I'll just stare at this picture and dream about it.
I'll just say this, it's very hard to get past that scene to watch the rest of the movie, but somehow I did. He! He!

I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas! I know I'm late but I've had a marathon of family meals. Here we start the 24th at night (Nochebuena), the first supper with a part of the family. Yesterday I went to my aunt's home for Christmas dinner. Today is also important here (Sant Esteve) and I have spent it with my father's family... it's a bit too much, I know. I think I will not need to eat or drink untill New Year's Eve! I would like to wish happy holidays to you all, girls. I also would like to send my best wishes for 2010 and say that meeting you has made my year better. I hope that next year brings you all you want and the strenght to make your projects come true. A special hug to spice. I'm very happy to know that it wasn't what you feared. I'll leave you with a traditional catalan christmas song, one of my favourites when I was a child, www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Fe8xEmM71o&feature=related
