I was fortunate enough to see this posting 5 minutes before the program began and I was able to see it. I hope someone can record it, the piece ran about 10 minutes and had some great snippets of scenes in which Ru figures prominently, as well as a small interview with him. By and large the piece is about Tom Stoppard, whom I had never seen interviewed, and is a fascinating person..... There is a page on the PBS.org website where you can submit questions for Rufus, and the Q&A will be available on the site on December 5th. The link is below. Bless you all for sharing, since I know I won't be seeing RnR in person, it was great to be able to catch even a few glimpses of the play. www.pbs.org/newshour/insider/

It looks like you can view past programs from the webpage, probably starting the day after: www.pbs.org/newshour/past_programs/2007/november.htmlI missed the broadcast on my local stations (it was at 7pm ET here) but maybe some of you in other timezones can catch it. Rai

Yup - just listened to it from the webpage - thanks, Rai. Rufus talking about taking on Stoppard's intellect while playing Jan: I'm cleverer on stage.....Unfortunately, it runs out a couple of hours after the show.....Bless him! Now, what question to ask him

I just saw it , sent it to 4 friends, and left a bland question about how Rufus found the New York audience reception I just love technology, don't you?

I actually wandered back in last night and caught the last couple of minutes here in Oz. I'll try to save at least the Rufus bits off for the webpage when I get back--

My husband called me in to see the R 'N R piece just as it came on, so I caught the interviews. Rufus is so eloquent, isn't he? And modest. T.S was fascinating as well; makes me want to see everything he's written.

I had been snowbound (away from my internet access) and was just able to hear about this now...sent in a couple questions, but probably too late...It says Ruf's responses would be posted today--anybody seen them? I was only able to see the link for the questions, and the article containing the dialogue of the New Hour interview with Stoppard.

Never mind that last part of my post...considering November flew by I don't know why I was getting ahead of myself for dates in December! Chaulk it up to brain freeze I guess. I'm looking forward to reading the questions and answers tomorrow. Just wish I hadn't thought I was thinking up questions under the wire, would have written more intelligently and coherently...you want to do that, especially when discussing Tom Stoppard's work. As we know, he sets the bar rather high.

OH, I loved it even though I couldn't listen to it(Windows ME incompatability). He answered my question, too(I'm Diane in Vancouver).I wanted him to say more about his case by case acting process, but gather he's reticent about that.
