It is a local NY station, and you do need cable to watch it.....anyone out there in NY with cable?

Okay, so I totally forgot about trying to listen to this on live-streaming (audio only) until just a few minutes ago  - and just got the very end of the interview - wahhhh!!!! Can anyone record this from live-streaming when the final repeat is aired tomorrow? Pleeeaaaasssse?  ? I accessed it via RealPlayer. |

I got up early this morning and went down to our lobby where there's a tv with cable. I'm glad I did as it was a fantastic little interview. As if we didn't know this before but Rufus is a total clever clogs; he brought up this point where he compared the supression of rock 'n' roll in the east with the modern method of making music corporate and having bands become dependent on corporate sponsorships etc. Plus - not unimportant since this is tv interview - he looked to die for. I can't think of any other method for me to capture it than standing in front of that tv and filming it with my digital camera |

If you can listen to it via streaming you can save it yourself - just download mp3mymp3 and use it like you would use a tape recorder - hit the record button when the interview starts then save it as an mp3 file when you hit the stop button as it finishes. Assuming that you got to listen to it on your computer that is. I couldnt see the link to the live streaming audio on there. |

Thanks, Quoll, I'd have tried that if I'd only remembered it was on! The trouble with the final repeat is the timing - 5.30 tomorrow morning here :-( Even if I thought I could manage to get myself up, I just know my befuddled little brain will tell me to stay tucked up in my snug little bed...
