Of course. 'Butty' is British slang for a sandwich, as in 'mek us a chip butty luv". And posh is, well, a bit well-to-do but DEFINITELY nothing to do with Victoria (fur coat no knickers) Beckham. Does that help?

I'm glad rugirl asked first because that expression put my mind in the gutter as well (leave it to us Americans) I had to go back and re-check the picture of Julie Harris just in case I had missed something, but, no, just her face was there! So now I know when I visit London,
"butty" = sandwich. ok!
