The lorry-driver apparently wasn't aware of the car (the driver had joined the motorway from a slip-road, so was effectively undertaking the lorry) and only realised when he stopped on the hard shoulder after being alerted by other motorists - you'll be pleased to hear the car driver wasn't injured.
