I've read that there is a European strike happening on Wednesday 29 September. Possible demonstation in Westminster area. If it takes place it could be an area to avoid. Well, I'm flying in Friday morning. What kind of demonstration should that be? One in London? Has it something to do with the airport? Hopefully not because this is the last thing I want. If it's just in Westminster area then it should be no problem for me. But thanks for your advice in this case and with the clothes. Can't wait to see you all. Isn't this amazing?  ?!!!!!!!!!! |

I am envy you ladies. London is an hour flight away and reach with few good friends of mine, except the obvious pleasures, and I cannot make it for last six years.
Hope you will enjoy your time there and lunch and everything and you will pop into Rufus in some coffee shop maybe?
Next time I will make it, hopefully.

No the airports should not be effected - it's the union Unison that are taking this up in the UK and the transport systems operate under different unions. The info I was given states a possible demonstration at Westminster Central Hall. It is also happening in Germany and other areas of Europe too but in different forms - or so I hear.
Yesterday was chilly and drizzly - yak - not a good welcome for Judy at all. A couple of thin jumpers might be an idea too Nicole.
Love your pictures Judy. I am very envious, I've tried twice to get into the Banqueting House and it's been shut both times. 3rd time lucky - I intend to call in on Saturday before the get together.
Looking forward to it - see you all then.

Unfortunately, if Twitter is to be believed, Himself is still in Los Angeles. So, veerke, our group photo will likely not include a certain handsome and talented actor. Judy,we saying that Hope dies last. Have a wonderful time and hope we'll see a group photo. (in my fridge is a bottle of champagne and tomorrow at 14.00 my time - 1pm London time, I will open the bottle and I toast to your health or cheers?) |

I'm so jealous. Really hope you have a fantastic time, I would have loved to see nell and maz again and meet the rest of you for the first time, but instead i will be in a lecture room. Make sure you have a drink for me and I will definately make the next meeting of minds.

I think Twitter is definitely correct in this instance, as two people spotted him at the Cinema at the same time, so don't think he will show  Don't have Maz down as coming, has anyone heard differently? |

I don't think Maz will be there tomorrow. But we'll drink a toast to all who couldn't be there. Should I bring my iPad so we can hold up a large photo of Himself to be part of the group photo? |
