Hahaha, reading this thread has cheered me up a bit (note to self: Tom Builder is not a real person, it is not rational behaviour to be grieving as though he was.....).
But it was nice to come home after my 5 day weekend away to find lots of mail (which of course Mr N had collected from the mailbox and wanted to know what they were!!! I just told him they were letters from all my pen pals, LOL. I don't think he believed me - but he didn't push it any further once i watched TPOTE and the crying started!!).
Anyhow, just to let you know that i have so far received messages from:

Dippy
Sunshineprincess
Wichiwoman
Will post here every couple of days as i receive them.

It did indeed!!! And a beautiful job you did as well nicole!
Today i received stama's who also made a wonderful message (and some special things for me too, hehehe)
Mr N asked me about the mail again today. I told him everyone was sending me donations to pay for my trip to London on October 1 seeing as he was too stingy to pay for me to go!!! ;D

I received germanlady's message on Friday. If you'd like to have a look at what i'm thinking of putting on the front of the card (now that it's going to be bigger than last years) go and check out the cap it thread which is where i posted it. Numbat, I've seen your Cap-it's! Fantastic, it made me laugh a lot. But I didn't understand: what one do you want for the cover? Or do you want the whole story with the sandwiches? (I'm a little bit lost in my brain).  |

Nicole, i was going to use the whole "sandwich story" (if i can fit it!!!).
I do have an A4 page to work with so i figure i have a fair amount of room - i'll have to see how i go though!!!
