As if I hadn't already, I surely now have a major YEN for ZEN! Thanks to all you lovelies for the promo and photos. Rufus' costar may very well be "annoying", but she sure is beautiful, and they look great together. Hope her acting chops are good too, she plays what was a fun and feisty character of the books. We really can't tell by the kiss scene how well she acts, because looking excited to kiss Ruf--er, Zen does not require any acting ability whatsoever...it would come naturally.

vmaciv, Zen will be shown on PBS Mystery next spring or summer. So we will get to see it, even if they do edit it a bit. In my area Materpiece Mystery aires in the Summer. It's gonna be a great Summer !! Whoo-Hoo !!

Can we really wait that long to see Zen? 6-7 months? I don't know, it is Rufus in the LEAD after all. A bit part is one thing, the lead in Zen is altogether special. Those books were so good, I liked them a lot. And you need a subtle, natural actor to pull off Zen well. Not a showboater or big ego or tough guy actor (even though Zen is surprisingly tough when he needs to be). They could not have made a better choice. Can't WAIT!!! But as usual, have to.

I am really looking forward to Zen for the reasons you have mentioned. And I do hate the wait!
