Just to say Hello to everyone. I joined this group on Friday, I found it when I was searching to see if any other fans were going to see Roof at BAFTA and what to do when I got there etc.
Fortunately I posted on the topic Rufus at Zen Q & A in London 22 November! and have already managed to meet up with some of the lovely ladies in this forum and Mr Rufus Sewell himself !
I had met Roof once before when he was in Rock 'n' Roll at the Duke of York's in 2006. I waited twice for him after matinees. I once waited in the rain after a midweek matinee, but he didn't come out. But I did get to meet him after a Saturday matinee. He was very sweet when I told him about missing him the previous time.
I have liked Roof for a very long time from The Woodlanders onwards, but I became a big fan when I saw him in Charles II the Power and the Passion.

Hi, Anniem - you're the first Rooftopper I've met in person before saying hello on the forum! Charles II was what captivated me first, so that holds a special place in my heart.

Judy. I have been reading websites about Roof for a few years, but somehow did not find this groupo. I was in contact with Ginny who ran AboutRufus for a while and I have already met Renata through a mutual friend of ours.
