For what it's worth we have a great local radio station here in the Twin Cities called The Current. I love it because they play a true variety of great music. One moment they will be playing Tegan and Sara (love their song "The Cure", also reminds me of that line from TOTS), Mumford and Sons, Death Cab for Cutie, Atmosphere, the next moment a great Johnny Cash tune or some obscure seventies soul song you haven't heard in ages. They have good in studio live performances as well as music head shows. (Like any station sometimes it's great, sometimes not, but you never know what you are gonna hear.)
Anyhow, for this holiday weekend they are doing time machine sets where they will pick a random year and play music only from that year. If this would be of interest to anyone, they stream live on MPR The Current.
