I don´t know if I'll be able to be here at the right moment, so I send my PF today. (unless, perhaps, someone would need me, I'll be on my e-mail address, or occasionally on the FB )

Thanks beautiful Martina. I just love those traditional street lamps and the gorgeous purpley glow. Look after yourself.

I've been away for so long I hardly know any of you. It is good to see so many new names. Rufus deserves his many fans. I popped in to send everyone good wishes for the Holidays. I had some medical issues but am doing better now. I hope to log in more regularly in the future, but I am busy catching up on chores and holiday preparations. So Merry Christmas everyone. Pitzel

It is a beautiful picture Martina - you certainly are talented.
And as for PF 2011 - Google is our friend. In both the Czech Republic and Slovenia, people send greeting cards with PF and the year. It basically means Happy New Year. The site I found says it's by way of the French phrase "pour feliciter" which literally translates as "to congratulate."

Joyce is right! Martina has e-mailed me to say:
PF is derived from the French "Pour féliciter" and is usually a card with a wish for the new year (usually it´s the author craft or family photos). The photo I was taken personally in early December and it´s the way that I go to work every day.
She is working very hard in the lead-up to Christmas so can't log on for a while.
We miss you, Martina!
