 anyother - great finds back up a page for the video interview - which I believe was done backstage at the Zen preview BAFTA theatre. It was a good one, considering he was either in anticipation of meeting you guys or in the afterglow... ;D Rai |

Oh ! I absolutely loved that trailer!  I can hardly wait to see the whole episode! Reminder to those of you who get that "Not Available in Your Area" message on BBC iPlayer ... You can download a free piece of software called Expat Shield that will allow you to watch it! Go here: www.expatshield.com/It's ad-supported so you'll get a banner at the top of your screen, but other than that, it works like a charm! And here is the link that will take you straight to Vendetta on iPlayer. According to the website it will be available on iPlayer "soon after" it is aired Sunday evening!! |

, what a great interview! (Probably improved on my rating scale for its length!) Thanks for finding that, Anyother! Was this the jacket involved in the brown-vs-green question? When she asked him about being noticed in all the countries where TPOTE is playing, he joked that he'd have to go around in green and then pulled at his jacket and said something like, "I'm wearing the right color now!" So that would be the answer. Unless, like many men, he's color blind.  When he was talking about Italian stereotypes and comparing it to Wallander and the fact that there is not much of a Swedish stereotype, he said, "Except for..." and gave a really morose look for just a fleeting second.  I'm not sure why it struck me as so funny...maybe because he is so expressive and he's not above pulling a face to make his point. |

HELP! Thanks Judy...I was able to install the expat which allowed me the option to play the trailer...however it kepy cutting out. Both sound and vid jumbled. Said insufficient bandwidth.
Does anyone know how to fix this. I tried to figure it out but couldnt . My computer may be to old and slow. The prompt said to try to choose low bandwidth on vidio player...but how? What a bummer!

Oh dear, Kygal! I'm not sure what you can do. Do you have a high-speed internet connection (DSL or cable or fiber optic)? If not, this may not be something you can fix.  I nosed around on the iPlayer website and noticed that it is possible to download programs so you can play them on Windows Media Player. That might be the best way for you to go. Once Vendetta is available on iPlayer (assuming it's available to download) you can just download the file and play it that way instead of streaming it. That way the whole bandwidth problem won't matter. I hope this helps!  |

Thanks for that tip judy - i'm going to go and download that now. Then i can watch Zen when i get up tomorrow instead of having to wait til someone puts the torrent up for download. Yay And you're right, that interview is much less terrible than we thought it was going to be!!! She did ask couple of slightly silly things that made him raise his eyebrows but at least there was no "so what's it like to not be playing a baddie" questions. Probably because that girl looks too young to have ever seen him in anything before!!! It never ceases to amaze me how tolerant he is of interviewers though. He's done a lot of interviews over the past few months what with Pillars and the Tourist and now Zen and he hasn't punched any of them in the nose. I certainly would have by now!!! |
