@dippydonge - thank you and you are welcome. Yes Will Ladislaw really left a lasting impression on me. I recently got the DVD and rewatched it again and all came back so clearly. And I think I really have seen it only once 15 years ago. I loved his part in IASL - it took me a bit to get into the film but then about a third through I got sucked in by the atmosphere and of course by Mick - . I started watching Taming of...last night, but got interrupted by the NTA awards and a certain Mr. Sewell on TV ;D. Will finish it tonight, but I already love Petruchio And then also Jacob Hood - oh my. I'm usually not into this kind of series but I started watching it on the net and besides' Rufus who is just so gorgeous and also funny, I like it. And then of course Marco from Dangerous Beauty - no words. I really have to go into the "Rufus works" thread. Still so much to see - Cold Comfort Farm, Charles, Illuminata, Dark City, not sure I can stomach Vinyan Okay I better stop - I seem to get carried away ;D

zenina, it ia always wonderful to witness the discovery of rufus' work by another rufusian. what wonderful discoveries you have to make. Cold Comfort Farm, Charles, Illuminata are among my very best. and i am sure you can stomach vinyan if you close your eyes during the last 5 minutes. i remember myself going through these movies in amazement, not so long ago! i wondered how i could have passed on such a great actor. i think i should refresh my memory and go through my rufus collection once more... ;D

Thank you kygal and tipou.
I'll see about Vinyan - I will go through Rufus' other stuff first.
Forgot to mention one very important on the list to see - Tristan & Isolde. I read and heard so much about Lord Marke, I'm already half in love with him.
So glad for Amazon.uk's January sale - I made good use of it and got 3 or 4 Rufus DVD's very cheap. But nevertheless I have the distinct feeling that my credit-card starts whimpering again ;D ;D

I read and heard so much about Lord Marke, I'm already half in love with him. He's such a lovely man That's a normal symptome of the early stages of Rufusitis. Mine was squeaking rather badly in November ;D But it was worthwhile!

Welcome Zenia! Loved the clip - now that is dedication - using your cell phone and then uploading it for all of us.
Vinyan isn't to terrible, it's not my favorite Rufus vehicle, but he does a gret job in it.

Hi Zenina and welcome, You'll have a great time here, I'm sure! Do watch Taming of the Shrew properly, and Charles II, the UK DVD-version, and you'll experience the next stage of Rufusitis. Symptoms are: repeated urges to rewatch Rufus movies and post on the Rooftop, with bouts of Screencaptivity. Don't worry, it won't pass.

Hi Zenina, I have recently joined the site and like you am going through all the DVD's I haven't seen before. It was fantastic the way you posted the pictures of Rufus from the National TV Awards, I had just watched them not knowing that he would going to appear but just thought there may be a chance and !! Didn't he look gorgeous. Thanks so much for the pictures. Its great that you can do that you are so clever. I am not great with IT but I intend to improve. Also just watched some interviews of UTube. Its just so great that we can have a Rufus 'fix' whenever we want. See ya around soon.
