Diolch yn fawr (Thanks very much)for your good wishes on our (Welsh )special day Those of you who may not know, St David is our patron saint and we celebrate his day by wearing our national flower, the daffodil . The children wear national dress and schools hold Eisteddfoddau (sort of competitive concerts of singing and poetry ) which doting parents attend. I had this morning off to see my youngest in his school . (although they tend to complain about too much rain). Kmm this is true we do have too much rain, the compensation being it is very green!!!. Adina, thank you for my lovely pics of my darling Petruchio. I hope Rufus has the time to remember his heritage today. Kygal, My eldest is called David, it's his birthday today , and he knows it is his special day. Thanks again for joining Opelia and me in celebrating our day
