Loved the article! You've got a very good friend, GE2!  (Yes, lassie, I just had an egg white omelette last week at a soul food restaurant better known for "Wings & Waffles" or "Catfish & Grits"!  They also had a "heart-healthy" section on the menu, which is where I found the egg white omelette. It actually was quite good ... filled with sauteed mushrooms, spring onions, and tomatoes.) |

Given his dad reportedly died of a heart attack, sounds like a very wise choice on Rufus's part. (Having tried both catfish and grits in the States, I think that would be my choice, though - but maybe not together!) (And yes, she is a very good friend, Judy - we've known each other nearly 30 years and have put up with each others' obsessions interests throughout.  She doesn't fancy Rufus at all, but is very appreciative of his talent. The Doctor Syn stories were particular favourites of hers and she said she wouldn't have come across them but for me. So thanks again, J!) |
