Girls I don't know about you,but when it comes to physics,chemistry and whatever has numbers in,my head suddenly becomes heavier and I can feel pimples grow on my skin.  BUT thanks to Rufus,the thought of him as the lovely Dr Hood makes me looove numbers even if I know deep inside I don't at all! I wish I had a teacher like him when I was in school.Well,instead I had someone that looked more like Mr Bean.I suppose everyone has a childhood trauma!!!  |

BUT thanks to Rufus,the thought of him as the lovely Dr Hood makes me looove numbers even if I know deep inside I don't at all! I wish I had a teacher like him when I was in school.Well,instead I had someone that looked more like Mr Bean.I suppose everyone has a childhood trauma!!! I'm the exact same way fzen. At the mere mention of numbers my brain starts to fizzle. I'm honestly the worst maths student this side of the moon. I was never fantastic at science either, but I would've been a genius if Jacob had been my teacher. The way he explained how things worked to Rachel with each episode was perfect for people like me (I actually ordered EH immediately after watching the cloning explanation he gave Rachel clip on youtube); but I'd fail his class on purpose just so I could have him again!! ;D You're right about childhood teacher trauma as well. My 3rd year primary school teacher was a dead ringer for Alan Rickman as Severus Snape (from Harry Potter). I kid you not. She even had the voice! |

I agree the way Jacob explained things that even a non-scientific person like me could follow, but I would have anyway followed him anywhere ;D

Anyway,I would even hire the adorable Dr Hood as a...personal teacher and pretend I don't understand anything.Which would be true,but even if I had a flash,I'd be like "Could you repeat?"!!! ;D ;D ;D His voice is just amazing.Why not take advantage of it? |
