Rufus Academy Awards

i dont know, maybe this should be in "games", since it is everything but serious...

but hey, i prepared a list of potential rufus awards. i think i stole this idea from someone on the board, actually.

this idea i think i stole went a bit like this: we always say rufus is the best, but he never gets any awards.

so why not go for a rufus academy awards ceremony? lets be honest: we never get enough of discussing those characters anyway.

so i listed categories. all best (except for one, you will have to guess which character i wish i could give it to). all for rufus. all we have to do is award the prizes to a rufus character.

i started with the standard oscar-type categories, and then i started to enter a more mtv-type mode.

you can award more than one prize to the same character of course.
you can go for a tie.
it can be a lifetime achievement award.
you can add categories.

Great idea. I had an idea for an awards ceremony but it was for things that we came up with here at the rooftop, and I'm afraid I didn't get very far with it. But Mr. Nell made me a great pic of an oscar statuette with Rufus' face photoshopped on, and I still have it if you want me to send it to you....

I would like to add a category: best sexy smoker role that appeals even to fervent non-smoker fangirls. (Several candidates for this, though I think Aurelio Zen will win - for me - by a small margin.)

Okay, ladies, with Tip's permission, I've moving this over to the Games, and will be amending her list so that only the wackier categories are left.

THE RULES:The first person names a category (the sillier the better), then the next person comes up with the Rufus role that fits that, and then has to choose the next category.

You can either choose one from the list Tipou has suggested, or you can invent a completely new category - the wackier the better!
