! They really should have had an online auction component. I saw quite a few I would have bid on. Me too! Maybe that would have been too big an undertaking for them, but there were some really nice pieces. I love it! I had a feeling we'd immediately recognize his work. What a great group of contributors!! Alan Rickman and Jeremy Irons were a big surprise! I loved John Hurt's work as well. Showing once again that creative people are often talented in more than one form of expression. But not always. I'm sorry to say that if I had been asked to draw something, mine would have been a bit closer to Miranda Richardson's level.

I'm glad you understood what I meant, Meg. I reread it and saw it looked like I was saying I was a creative type. I really meant that I saw Miranda Richardson's drawing there with all the others and laughed at her lack of style, which is what my drawings are like. (And sorry if you're artistically challenged too!)

Thanks for the link! Doesn't Rufus's drawing remind you of the grinning flower? Alan Rickman's drawing is cute, too. "Artistically challenged" - I love that. Describes me perfectly. (The only thing I can draw is a little flower, with or without a face.)

Thanks for the link! Doesn't Rufus's drawing remind you of the grinning flower? It bears a striking resemblance to a self portrait he once did . It wouldn't have been hard to spot at all would it!?

Great point, Nell! I'm glad the new drawing has curly hair instead of Armand-style flat hair.

Thanks for the link! What a cutie! His self-portrait looks like he's been eating a lot of sandwiches. Maybe we should cut back on giving him those? ;^) I really like Alan Rickman's drawing, too. Who knew Snape was so artistic? I knew Severus' waters ran deep.
