Haha...I like that funny face he makes. He's so funny and I agree about the cigarette! But he also look very cool with sunglasses! Thank you very much for the clip!

And you can beat me up now if you absolutely have to, but I still think it's funny. Whyever would we, Anglo? Love the dangling ciggie look myself, but not the damage nicotine does, so I too am glad he quit. As for the kid in hospital remark, love his sense of humour! Thanks for finding this and for the caps everyone.

Rufus told me he likes how he looks with a cigarette hanging from his mouth; the only disadvantage of quitting smoking. ;D I so get what he means. I have stated several times how little I usually care for people who smoke, but Rufus makes even a cigarette look so darn sexy

Those of you ( like me} who are lucky to have the whole film with other celebs will know that at the end Alastair reminds Rufus that, ten years previously, he had worn sunglasses throughout the shots. Rufus replies , in a soft beautiful tone, "Did I? Did I really ? In the Booth....What a w****r!.
What I really like about this clip is the way he turns and says 'goodbye ' to the unseen silent helper behind Alastair . His courtesy is , as always, impeccable.

quot;Did I? Did I really ? In the Booth....What a w****r!. Those little gestures say so much about a person. What a nice guy he is.

Dear Rai yours seems to be the one name that has contact with Mr Sewell Please could you explain how important his readings of complete unabridged works are to those like myself who have such disabilities that we treasure the magic of his many voices. He grew up very near to where Iwas living and I am delighted that he is being successful in his career. If you doubt my request please speak to Judypatooty who has responded to my reaching out to The Rooftop. Thank you Voiceover.

HOLY FRENCH CANNOLI I've never seen this. I'm completely floored at the utter swagger of the man. I mean, I'm an old-ish rock chick so I love a man who can channel a bit of Keith Richards you know...but I've never seen any candid footage of Rufus, so this is a shock to me! Seriously Rufus, CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR EVERYTHING.

anglophile, this quote sure is funny, the hell with PC. i had a fleeting thought about what would happen if a celeb said that to any american reporter and i went "shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" this world is totally devoid of a real sense of what "humour noir" means. and it is two bad. first degree is the pits.
