This one sounds a really interesting project. If Gillian Andersons performance is anything like as good as it was in Great Expectations earlier this year she'll be great. Thanks Nell for finding and posting these links. Sounds an interesting project with a good cast. I am hoping that the fact that Rufus character disappears doesn't mean that his screen time will be tiny. I know his part is significant so hopefully they will have to draw the character etc.!

Thanks for those links, Nell! I love the listing of his earlier projects in the first one - finally they seem to look farther than just "The Holiday" and AKT. And that picture in the second is just (while the photo of Gillian in the last link just cracks me up )

Thanks Nell! - Now hopefully this cast will not be like the one in "The Tourist" where Rufus played a person who was often talked about, but his appearance on the screen was sadly very limited - I'm afraid the story line sounds slightly similar.... but on the other hand his part is listed on the second place, so it should be a major one!

Thanks for all the articles, Nell. I'm also happy that the first article listed so many of his roles. At least someone seems to know how versatile he is.

When they say it's a "follow-up" to Amal, I wonder if they mean that literally, or just that it's the director's first film since then. In any case, it sounds like an interesting plot.

I think (hope) he will have lots of screen time, although its never enough for us. Bet there will be flash backs of him during the entire movie. The character has disappeared not been murdered, that we know, so I hope there is more of Gabe when they look for him.

I don't think he was, not then - that other tweeter who was sitting next to Rufus on the plane posted his comment later. That flight seemed to be London to LA. I reckon Amanda Leduc read up on what was filming near her and just assumed he was there.
