Such a disappointment to have it taken away. Screen caps look great though. Thanks for sharing them, PGG!

Someone has to buy it! I'm sure they'll be scrambling over themselves once they realise who the star is!!

If a b&w silent movie (The Artist) can win an Oscar as best picture - I think that proves there is an audience for b&w movies of this type. I so do hope that this one gets wider distribution. Not to diss ALVH, but I'm so excited about a movie that relies on ACTING to move the plot along, not CGI effects and movie make-up magic.

I have the same feeling about ALVH and Hotel Noir - both films will have their fans for their genre. But IMHO there's much more importance on the acting in Hotel Noir - and that's exactly why I like it. And I don't think it will be less thrilling than ALVH.

I hadn't thought of The Artist but of course it's perfect proof that even this kind of extremely unusual, nostalgic film can be a success. And would it be too far-fetched to hope that the removal of the video from youtube might mean they found a distribution company already and had to take the vid down because of copyright issues or something? I'm also looking forward to ALVH but this one seems to be a film absolutely after my own heart

But with "Hotel Noir" would be a great chance to win the Oscar Award for another black-white movies totally agree with you KMK and joyceinva.... , my heart is jumping all over the times looking forward so many fantastic movies with our man...
