So daft as this may seem does anyone know which cable company is offering this programming...I don't have a telly but I wanted to see who I needed to contact to see this fantastic show...I will be getting the disc but I have no patience about seeing lovely Rufus as Felix (joyful or happy)...

This is very, very exciting!  That video preview is great--looks like a movie I'd be eager to watch, whether Rufus was in it or not! Thanks for the beautiful screencaps, anyother and martina, and the updates and links, GE2, Nell, and adina!  KQ, the website for the film has a "how to watch" tab at the upper left, which lists the cable companies that will show it on demand. Be sure to click the "click here for more" at the bottom to see the full list. (Mine is not one of them....  At least I will have the DVD by Dec, if it's on schedule.) Here's a link to the website hotel-noir-film.com/. The tab that says "Press" has a pdf file of the press kit, which describes the plot and has an interview with Sebastian Gutierrez. Some spoilers, but I don't think he says anything that isn't shown in the trailers. He says, Sounds like Rufus, doesn't it? |

Oh shoot - I didn't realize the on-dmeand was limited to cable companies. We have satellite TV so I guess, like Rueful, I'll have to wait for the DVD. Unless of course Sebastian Gutierrez is successful in getting Hotel Noir into a theater within driving distance!

Well no cable options here for me - thanks for the heads up...
Patience will make me stronger - (grrr) - and with luck HN will come to one of the local cinemas!
There is a big art house film festival locally here in November! I think it may be to late for that - but one never knows!

Didnt know if anyone had posted this already - but film Noir is part of the kickstarter model - where you can invest and help move the movie out into the real world - in return fro your investment you can get your hands on a DVD / CD soundtrack of the movie and have the satisfaction that you helped get a quality movie out there into the big wide world.....
I am gonna go for it - worth it for the DVD so I can watch rufus in the comfort of my own front room...

Kind of fun to think we have "invested"in this film...so to speak. Cant wait for the dvd to come. I love detective/mystery type stuff.
