Our local public radio station broadcasts Weekend Edition Sunday from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. I checked the guide and they don't list what the program is going to cover this Sunday, though, but I suppose the segment will occur sometime during that two hours.

Looks like you can listen to most of the stuff on the webpage after the original broadcast, so that's good for anyone out of the country or sleeping in tomorrow! Rai

You can listen on the computer just like we did with the BBC stuff. Anyway I will trim it and "save" it for posterity if you happen to miss it. Or feel the need to listen again. I wish there was some way to lay hands on the Shakespeare reading on Monday. That one hurts me.

That's great, Rai! I missed the program this morning. Thanks for posting the link for us all to see. The film clips are so exciting to see for those of us who haven't yet seen R'n'R!

And they're just as exciting for those of us who saw it last year and want to see it again! Dear Jan.... I loved that interrogation scene - heck, I loved the whole thing. Thanks for the link, Rai - and thanks NPR.

I just saw it two weeks ago and it still seems pretty exciting to me. For some strange reason I'm really looking forward to seeing this again. I can't wait to see what they finally settled on and I want to see Jan a year later. I thought there was a lovely softness to Jan and Esme's relationship in the Broadway version that I hadn't seen in London. But it is theatre so it may have been the particular performances. I confess I'm also rather anxious to see how Stephan Kuncken is shaping up as Ferda. I wonder when this was filmed. I can see definite changes from what I saw on the 19th. My thoughts are with Rufus this morning. I know he'll be smashing.

I listened to it this morning! Thanks for the heads up about it yesterday! The video clips on the National Public Radio website are impossible for me to view properly for the moment due to the crash of my ISP! I've been on SLOW dial-up for nearly 2 weeks and it's driving me batty! The new satellite people are coming tomorrow so by tomorrow night I should be up and running. All this is so fabulous for Roof! All the lovely media attention - long overdue!! I'll be seeing it in a few weeks - for the 5th time! G xo
