 Thank you so much for all the lovely birthday greetings, everyone (both on this thread and in private) - you're all very kind.  I've been without internet for a couple of days so have been unable to thank you all until now (and thanks to cousin's son-in-law for working out what was wrong). I LOVED the cap-its and the dancing giraffes (and was that a "new" Rufus pic I spy, Adina? Lucky me!) and, yes, Judy, I did have cake and presents and a purring kitty, plus flowers and chocolate and Rufus (well...okay...I watched TOTS!  ) What more could a birthday girl want?  And as for.... Oh, no! 1945! GE2 won't be born for many decades!!! .....I wish!!!
