A new Rufus project - lovely. Thank you for the info, nell. Can envision Rufus easily in a biblical epos. Looking forward to his version of Caiaphas...

I don't know why they don't listen to our suggestions GE2. A modern romantic comedy would be great. Maybe that is next. I do look forward to anything Rufus though.

The more I hear about this project the more I like the sound of it. I don't normally go for biblical stuff but it sounds of high calibre. The involvement of Ridley Scott in a bonus and Adina said: Rufus is now listed in the cast on IMDB - www.imdb.com/title/tt3609402/If you want a laugh read the comments against "casting list for Jesus" (bottom of page) Nicholas Cage was suggested . I like the response. I've heard good things about the book. Just ordered my copy. There are a number on ebay for £5.79 free postage if anyone's interested..... Edited to add - this blog has cast pics, very helpful hollywood-spy.blogspot.co.uk/2014/10/national-geographic-historical-mini.htmlRufus looks very biblical. The beard is white(ish) but not so long..

And Rufus is on 3rd place of the imdb starmeter! Of course, he could be number 1 or 2, but this doesn't sound bad!

And there's more (said in my best Irish accent ) Eoin Macken was interviewed on Late Lunch TV3 today. It's still available to watch. I like him - he said nice stuff about Rufus (nothing we don't already know but.....). He's on after 3 minutes but go straight to 20 minutes in for talk on Killing Jesus. www.tv3.ie/3player/show/518/85674/1/Late-Lunch-LiveHe looks alot better than in the blog pic.

[TY2]for the link, Nell - they've added adverts to the start, so it was at 25 minutes in that they started talking about Killing Jesus, when I watched it.

Yesterday I posted a bunch of photos in the 'Just for fun' thread, because it is so exciting that Rufus is filming right now, and the pics have started coming but all of them had been non-Rufus, so when I saw a photo of a film slate and someone's right ear was in the photo too, I said fangirlishly "maybe it is a Rufus ear". But today we can see a picture when Rufus is really in it! And he looks good!! Look!!! iconosquare.com/p/834208469992820525_144875722The selfie was taken by Eoin Macken and he added this line: "Lucky I trimmed my nose hairs today". Antipas, the tetrarch of Galilee, is followed by Pontius Pilate and Caiaphas! Rufus and Stephen Moyer. The "work" photo is in the 'Just for fun' thread, the "fun" photo is in the film thread.

Great find Adina! Looks like fun! I note the absence of a beard. Must be a curly white stick on job
