i have actually seen my first Rufus Role!!! Taming of the Shrew!!!! Fantastic!!!!! :)

I am a newbie to the rufus mania and looking forward to watching some of the stuff he has been involved with!! A friend of mine introduced me to Rufus and said to me to watch the series of Zen, which i bought off Ebay, went to watch it when all was quiet only to find my grandson had put a marble in the dvd player  will invest in a new one asap!!!! |

Sorry to hear about the marble in the DVD player! Kids, eh?  But, you've definitely come to the right place for further recommendations when it comes to anything with Rufus in!! Zen is a brilliant place to start - I assume you'll be starting with it anyway, as soon as the DVD player is sorted!  If you want any further recommendations, or inspiration on where to go next after Zen, don't be afraid to ask!

Well there Jaxs1969 and welcome to the Rooftop. You will have fun browsing around here, but I warn you that it is addictive and you will have to suffer a lot of eye rolling from your family and friends. Zen is a good place to start, a wonderful series and it will leave you wanting to watch more of Rufus' work. Hope you get a DVD sorted soon. Don't you just love kids? |

Hi, Jaxs and thanks for joining the RT!  A DVD player is an absolute MUST - you have so many goodies to watch, you really can't do without one!  Zen is a great one to start with, but then there's The Taming of the Shrew (we call it TOTS), and my favourite: Charles II: the Power and the Passion, and the list goes on.... to the Rooftop, Jaxs! If you need to get you a new dvd-player, you might think of a region-free one. It could be useful when you can get your hands on some lovely, but rare works of Rufus like "The Woodlanders" or "In a Savage Land"...

Ah thanks guys for the warm welcoming!! I cant really discuss much as i have only been told about this wonderfull talented actor in the last few weeks!!! All heard from a very good friend!!! i am hopefully going out to get a dvd player next week, but as the dam kids have now finished school for Easter for a fortnight wont get a moments peace so shall have to save Zen until they go back to school i will however keep looking on you tube, at the bits of work he has done!!! thanks again for the welcome and hope to meet some good friends |
