Rufus has been nominated for an Emmy as Guest Actor in a Comedy Series!  Sorry, no source yet, just saw it on FB...

How marvelous! If there is any justice in this world Rufus will win. SNL is not that funny anymore, all those nominations are for political satire and the bits lasted a few minutes. In contrast, Rufus actually had to act to breath life into a fictional character.

Sorry to say that Rufus didn´t win, but Luke Kirby who was also in The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, in the episode All Alone as Lenny Bruce.  Rufus was at the Emmys though - lots of gorgeous pics of him on the Red Carpet. ![[sw00n1]](//storage.proboards.com/1565067/images/ihNFFNBZIfAO8pOCTvES.gif) |

I do have a bone to pick about Luke Kirby winning in that category. Lenny Bruce is a reoccurring character in Mrs. Maisel. He's in lots of episodes! Whereas Rufus was a "guest" actor. A one and done. Ah well, at least Rufus is getting recognition for his work.
