That's probably the monthly vote for November. Rufus will be included next month in the December vote with Daniel Craig and the two guys who win the upcoming two weekly votes. So we start voting again in two weeks, I think.

So I guess what happens is the names go into the hat at the end of the month when they have all the nominees for the next month all decided & we do it all again!!!! That would mean we would have an entire month to vote for Roof?
But I am probably stating the obvious.
