Yes, he is steadily gaining, now less than 700 ahead. Let us not be too sanguine about this! Only 575 now. He'll be ahead today or tomorrow.

It's only 535 now. At the moment Craig is gaining 10 votes while Rufus gets 5.

My guess is that osme of the George-meisters are voting for 007 because we ultimately had him removed from the contest. Even if we didn't, lets pretend we did.

well things are lookin' mighty bad for the green-eyed one. He's losing votes steadily against Daniel Craig. If people don't get out and vote he's not going to win this month...

Well if he does lose (but he won't) but if he does (but he won't) but if he DOES......it will just go to prove what a fickle, air-headed bunch those Hello 'readers' are....when you come to think of it, for a man who's got a very small part (oo-er) as a totally unlikeable slimebag in a currently successful film, compared to all-action hero Craig with his present Bond box office success, he ain't doing all that bad. People do tend to get judged by their current offerings and if that's so, he's doing OK. Anyway, I don't mind consoling him in my very own special way, in fact I'd consider it my duty....

Hey, what's going on? For the last 10 minutes (i.e. just before I was due to vote) I can't get on the site. There'd better not be some jiggery-pokey going on with the votes. Or else. (uke, maxx - we need an angry smiley)

erm.. DC has also been voted the sexiest man in the world.. so , no kidding. I always wonder who decides these things because no one ever asks me. I like him, but I would have picked Marton Csokas, hands down for just about the sexiest thing you can find. Perhaps it's in the framework--Excuse me, madam, but given the choice for sexiest man in the world would you choose Jack Black or Daniel Craig? Or all right now, between Kevin Smith and Daniel Craig who would you go for?

I can get back on the Hello site now - phew! Anyone else forced to miss a few votes? (Or have the Sutherland fans got my ISP address and nobbled my computer?) (Paranoid? Me? )
