Proud mum moment

I hope you dont mind but can I have a proud mum moment? DS1 who seems to have emigrated back to UK (he was born there) has just been accepted for Sandhurst and begins army officer training in May. Whilst the mother in me is scared witless, I am very proud of him for getting selected - it is a very rigorous selection process, one which would have had me running for the hills well before the residential screening process!!!!

Makes you wonder what makes your kids the way they are though - one son a budding British Army officer and the other a self sufficient anarchist living happily in the bush shooting his own kangaroos! Talk about chalk and cheese!
