Come now, you don't really want me to wax poetic about this particular subject. It might make you blush and I certainly wouldn't want any of you to run away.
Besides, this is Rufus' board and it's him we're here to celebrate...

I've seen 2 versions of N&S, but neither of them had RA in them.........so I don't know that I've ever seen him. He's nice looking, but not handsome or attractive in the way Rufus is (IMHO, of course). I remember Quoll talking about him, and maybe CC? But that's about it. I did see him over the weekend for about 2 minutes...........we get BBC America at the cabin and Robin Hood was on but it was almost over so I didn't watch it. He came to the door to see some girl and the man said she was ill. That's all I saw!
Next time we go back up there, I'll have to get a list of what is good to watch on BBCA!

Well, I don't scare easily, being a Russell Crowe and Gerard Butler fan, but as a still relative newbie, I can't speak for the others. Well, it IS the off-topic section..... and Marton DOES have an amazing pair of thighs that deserve being waxed poetically over.....LOL.

Marton has an amazing lot of things that deserved to be waxed over poetically but this may not be the correct venue.
this is a bit of a shy group for my variety of waxing which you well know etb.

this is a bit of a shy group for my variety of waxing which you well know etb. True. I guess I've definitely been in Gerryland too long, he inspires a LOT of naughtiness in his fans (which I'm very guilty of.) ;D I've seen 2 versions of N&S, but neither of them had RA in them.........so I don't know that I've ever seen him. Oh, did you see the one with Patrick Stewart? I'd *love* to see that one! Oh, gawd no, he's not beautiful like Ruf, but RA is more my type. I'm not really attracted to Ruf (except in certain parts) as pretty boys don't usually do it for me. I like them a little rough and tumbley looking. But I am still trying to decide if RA will officially make my "he makes me drool" list. I dunno, we'll see. LOL. If you do watch Robin Hood, watch it On Demand and just skip to the Richard bits. He's the only good thing in it.

I guess if no one else wants him, I'll just have to take ole Rufus for myself! Well, they do, so you can't!! ;D ;D (I know your game - you think you can make a declaration like that on an Off Topic post and get away with it! Tut-tut.... ) Oh, and RA's a bit too pretty-pretty for my taste (and rumours are he bats for the other team.......)

Oh, and RA's a bit too pretty-pretty for my taste , you think RA's pretty? Huh, to me, his face is too irregular for me to think of him as pretty. Now Ruf, his features are practically perfect and what I'd call "pretty", especially when he was in his 20's. Yeah, I really don't care who the stars I like sleep with, its all about the fantasy after all, you know? Although on IMDB they seem to think RA is gay based on the fact that he was in musicals early in his career and says he does flamenco dancing. I don't see why that make someone neccesarily gay or not. Having grown up on Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire, I'm not one that believes every man who is a dancer is necessarily gay!

See, now I wouldn't categorise Rufus's looks as "pretty"....well, okay, maybe when he was baby Rufus, a bit, but otherwise...way too manly for "pretty". Cute, yes, especially when he was younger and with the curls (a la Ross).
And by saying pretty-pretty about RA, I suppose I meant that I see him as conventionally handsome whereas Rufus is so striking-looking he could never be described as that. Not by me, anyway!

He also does the scruffy thing REALLY well. LOL.

I love those cute little euphemisms like the one from TOTS - wasn't it "shops around the corner? hahaha! Personally it doesn't matter to me as it's not likely I'll be having sex with them anyway, in my dreams maybe, lol!

I know my gaydar is cr*p but I don't think an actor's musical theatre history is a reliable detection system. And like ethereal says, who cares anyway in fantasy land?! I'll just carry on staring at that aqualine nose, those lovely blue eyes etc etc while I'm waiting for Richard to get another decent part.

Well I've come in late on this one as usual, I quite like Mr. Armitage too, not bothered about Tom, you can keep him, but, this is from a girl who started watching "Joseph" cos I kinda liked Lee - don't know what took over me briefly.

Well, Lee did have a kind of Rufus thing going on there so I can see why you were trapped!
