Oh yes, I enjoy Tom in everything. Or nothing, whatever he prefers But it's not really his movie nor does he really ham it up. Not in the way he's shown before because he is an expert at hamming it up. I thought his Beckett was actually quite sedate in this one. However, having Tom there is always going to be a plus.

Oh yes, I enjoy Tom in everything. Or nothing, whatever he prefers LOL. He's done nude scenes then? Well, that's exactly the thing I liked about him in this movie, was that he wasn't hamming it up, he was just very quietly (and very wonderfully) just being the character. I was particulary impressed as he wasn't given much to work with this time. I especially thought he was just great in his last scene (I won't say more, as I don't want to spoil it for others.) That scene and some of the Bill Nighy bits were the few highlights of the movie for me.

I thought TH did an excellent job of portraying the character! It was understated, but that's what the role called for. And for being a somewhat minor character and an understated role, I thought he really nailed it and made it interesting! Like I said before, it was in P3 that I really noticed him and figured out who he was...........he did a lot with not much, in my opinion!
