Oh sorry Pen, got no idea unless you have a firewall or something. I have no other way to record it unfortunately. Have you tried the home page (just delete the reference number at the end of the address - do you get anything when you do that? The clip only lasts for about a week - just in case anyone was having difficulties after that time.

Still having the same problem no matter what I do...oh, well. I just wish I knew what the problem was--must be on my end. I'm having trouble accessing the chat room, too (I posted about it in the Chat Room thread).
