I'm not sure I want to be known as an "old-timer"! ;D For me, it was "Dirtysomething", I think, then "Victoria Station" - and we're all still waiting for "Taste"! Maxx, didn't you say there was a place you might be able to look for that? No luck?

Gone to Seed and The Last Romantics for me. After all the trials and tribulations, I didnt really get to grips with Victoria Station.
Given that you have changed the intro to the website, Maxx, you could do the identify the pictures at the intro one again - that was a nice challenge. It might also be a good idea to send a blanket email to all the members to encourage those who have visited but dropped off a bit to come back and see what is going on. And ban those of us who have ever entered into a comp before (certainly those of us who have ever won anything!)

Ooh, that's readily available on DVD...assuming you have a multi region player of course..

You're best off looking for it as "She-Creature" - and Angus is wonderful! (Well, actually, he's a bit of a s**t at times, but Rufus's accent is soooooo sexy.....)

Oh yes and in case anyone has forgotten I still have that autographed copy of Charles II (R2) that I'm waiting for just the exact right moment to pass into grubby little paws. Charles II is appealing to me, even if it exists only in english version, I guess, without subtitles. About the others I think "Dirty something" could intrigue me and I'd like to see "Macbeth", I heard it exists one version of it, doesn't it?

Sorry I got distracted on this one. Did we ever come to a concensus about what we'd like the contest prize to be? I like the idea of identifying all of the pictures in the slide show for the website. We have done it before but I think most of the old timers have everything anyhow and wouldn't necessarily be interested in playing.
So let's hear what you think!

I don't know how I missed this thread until now! As an old-timer, I found that "Gone to Seed" was my favorite of the hard-to-find DVDs. I also quite liked "A Man of No Importance" when I finally got a copy, but I'm not sure that qualifies as hard-to-find.
As to the contest, I liked the one where we identified the slide show pictures. Some of them were really difficult to identify and it was a lot of fun trying.
