so thus far we have:
1) Best guffaw
2 Worst hair do... (not sure how I can work this into a scene though it's interesting because I think we have a surefire winner in it and I pick the baby scene by the way)
What else?

Best one-off mannerism? I think of Ross miming eating like a carnivore in Sachem Farm, and Petrucchio daintily licking his fingers at breakfast in TOTS.Whoops, forgot the TOTS embargo.

I have something to suggest that sounds really silly at first: Since April is the month of showers, how about the best scene of Rufus soaking wet? It sounds silly, but when I started looking over the movie titles I was amazed at how many there are containing scenes where he is soaking wet:
Dangerous Beauty -- the dunking in the canal Cold Comfort Farm -- the bathing scene at the trough Helen of Troy -- in the bathing pool, just before he’s stabbed to death by his wife The Woodlanders -- when he’s out in the cold rain, leaving the cottage to Grace Dark City -- we’re all familiar with the bathtub scene! Carrington -- where he’s swimming in the pool
It seems like In a Savage Land and Victory should have scenes like that, but I can’t think of what they are, offhand. What do you guys think?

Hey this is fun. There is also Martha Meet... in the rain and In a Savage Land in the hut when Evelyn invites him in from the rain... oh yes, very good choice 7s. I'd love to see that last one up. It's a very very nice scene...

Good one 7sis! I like the wet idea. That IASL scene in the hut is a nice one.
For future maybe scenes where the tears flow? AG, HOT, T&I, Illum, all have spontaneous weepy moments and there could be more of course.
I was wondering how many dance scenes there may have been too - I would love to get the Begin the Beguine up as an option. Zorro has some dancing are there any others?

Carrington - he sort of dances Emma Thompson to the bed in his rooms.

Oh, yeah - Victory, when he and Mr Jones turn up in the boat, parched, and he's grabbing at the water Willem Dafoe's character gives them - lots of water there! ( We I really need that 'cold shower' icon we used to have on EMS ! )
