I have something to suggest that sounds really silly at first: Since April is the month of showers, how about the best scene of Rufus soaking wet? It sounds silly, but when I started looking over the movie titles I was amazed at how many there are containing scenes where he is soaking wet: Dangerous Beauty -- the dunking in the canal Cold Comfort Farm -- the bathing scene at the troughHelen of Troy -- in the bathing pool, just before he’s stabbed to death by his wife The Woodlanders -- when he’s out in the cold rain, leaving the cottage to Grace Dark City -- we’re all familiar with the bathtub scene! Carrington -- where he’s swimming in the pool

I must have missed it in the first list and I just picked the last published list and everything after it. I'm sorry. Of course if anyone wants to vote for it they may. It's not much of a clip but by all means if you'd like to vote for it, do so.

hehe
Helen of Troy is winning. Not sure I actually want to encourage anyone to watch that but it is a fun scene.
For me the contest is between Carrington, for some reason I love that bathing costume, and In a Savage Land. I think that scene is one best things I've ever seen Rufus do like that. It's just charged with mutual attraction and it's so casual and lovely. That film has so many wonderful little moments. I'm with quoll. We need to rig....hem, er, have a contest of best dance scenes...

Well, I don't think we like the Helen of Troy scene for its dramatic superiority, I think we like it for the nearly nekkid Rufus bits! (Hey, he looks hot in this mini series, what can I tell ya? ;D)

You're spot on there, etherealtb. HOT is surely not going to win any other prizes, so I think we'd just like to see scantily-clad Rufus get his comeuppance, oo-er Matron.

And lets not forget we get to see his BUTT! LOL. I remember thinking after seeing this scene, " , Ruf! You've got a HAWT body! Who'd have thunk?"

I feel hormones a-rising......think I'll get the DVD out tonight and double check. I did wonder if that was a stunt man lying face down in the pool though.

It was hard for me to choose between the two. I ended up voting for HoT but I would be equally happy for IASL to win!

I'm a definite IASL fan - something very sexy about having someone take of their wet strides down to their jocks in a native hut.

What can I say....I went for the huge closeup of Rufus drenched, upside down in a kayak...living in the mountains does that to you.
