Hi Everyone.
I was able to view the season premier of "Fringe" on Fox tonight. They say it will be similar to "Eleventh Hour" since it also deals with Science gone wrong. I found it lacking...not much chemistry between the main characters and the dialogue is boring. There was some action and a twist at the end but it was not as good as I expected with all the HYPE. I have a feeling "Eleventh Hour" will be a better quality thriller. I know the acting will be!

Is "Fringe" a totally new show? I ask because EH has been described in a few places as the "poor man's Fringe", which is ridiculous thing to say if they are both completely new.
Maybe that will turn out to be the "poor man's Eleventh Hour"?! LOL!

The actors are deadly dull and the opening story was something that's been retread so many times it must take some mighty fearsome glue to hold it together. Twenty minutes in, I was already looking for a limb to gnaw off to get away...

I watched this as well and it took everything I had not to change the channel. I was bored to an extreme and I felt nothing for the characters. I will pass on this one totally.

I doubt that I'll be watching "Fringe" again. It will be on against Simon Baker's new show call "The Mentalist" when it premiers (Tuesday at 9:00PM est) I have to say I did not hear that "Eleventh Hour" was the "poor man's Fringe". That statement after watching "Fringe" seems so bizarre. But like I said before "Fringe" had a lot of hype going in being that it was done by J J Abrams, he does "Lost" which I never watched either. It even had its own Web Site set up months before it debuted separate from the FOX site. CBS should have done that with "Eleventh Hour". O Well we shall see in a few weeks but I'm putting my money on Rufus.
