TV Guide has a preview of several shows up. Eleventh Hour has a couple of small scenes we have not seen before. www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8od1NeYEYIIs it just me or is that last scene just a tiny bit (borrowing a word from my 13 year old niece) hot?

They know they have to be more on the edge since "Fringe" has some real "out there" story lines. The first episode will not "shock" viewers as much as they think. I'm glad they went back to their original premiere.

I wanted to share a picture of Ruf that I saw on a cross town bus in NYC. It's a promo for Eleventh Hour, but I can't paste the link. Sorry. Pitzel, perhaps the network was innundated with e-mails (I sent several) demanding, well maybe that's too strong a word that they run the episodes as intended and not out of sequence.

15 days and counting............. not too anxious! I've been watching CBS lately and is it me or are they giving quite more air time for The Mentalist than EH? I'm thinking the powers that be think that b/c Bruckheimer's name is attached it will be an automatic success? The previews I've seen look good, I just hope they're not taking anything for granted.

Peach... Thanks for your remarks. I agree that they should broadcast the original premiere episode and also e-mailed CBS with that thought.
I noticed that the Mentalist debuted on Tuesday but I don't think it did that well in the ratings. They are showing it again on Friday before the presidential debate. They are probably pushing it hoping it will catch on.
I saw a new promo for "Eleventh Hour" today that incorporated scenes from the first two episodes so I am sure CBS is very high on "Eleventh Hour" and it will have a good premiere.
Can't wait either....Pitzel

Pitzel,
I was surprised when I read your post and found out that The Mentalist did not fare so well in the ratings. I hope the network has faith in the show and decides to stick with it. SO many times new shows are yanked before they even have a chance to gain a following. I remember a time when a little show called Cheers ranked near the bottom of the barrell, had NBC pulled the show they wouldn't ahve had the cash cow they did. I think the show lasted (don't quote me on this) 12 years. Simon Baker is nice to watch, I caught the last half hour or so of The Mentalist, was interesting. The network really publicized the show too! Not so much EH. I've decided to turn off the phone and I've cleared my sked a week from today.
