i have no idea how to find, make, or use one of those.
but may i borrow the 2nd one?
if you were sonice as to indicate how the hell i am supposed to add it to my profile, i would be eternally grateful. i have tried and tried, and nothing sticks.

farm4.static.flickr.com/3088/3195940730_6b79915768.jpgCopy that URL. Go to your profile and click "Modify Profile". Go down to Personal Information. There should be a Avatar URL spot. Paste the URL in that spot. Make the height and width bot 100. Scroll down and hit the "Modify Profile" button on the bottom left side. Voila!
