Ah, Rueful, you are aware of the consequences, aren't you?   John Smith: Rueful thinks stealing is funny??? No, it isn't! This is very very serious and I'll take the necessary steps...I can't do the scene if my holster is empty, for God's sake! The day looked promising this morning, I got dressed for success -- Then I was called into the makeup trailer and they covered my face with blood...and my Luger pistol was gone! Please, please, Mr Clarkson, give my Luger back. I can't act like a kid, using my finger for gun and making 'bang bang' noises. Please.P.S.  If I have to steal a wig to save a dog's dignity, then I will do it. If I have to steal a gun to save humanity, then I will do it. It's a moral obligation. Besides, I love hanging out in the makeup trailer. It's full of interesting thingies. Look, I made these curls with a curling iron!!!

What a great cap-it response, Rueful! I just love its sour tone. Very funny. Let me use an other picture with that line! When "glad" is meant literally. It works, doesn't it?  Awww... But then Brian Cox turns to the audience...  Brian Cox: Please, would someone explain the joke to me? I didn't get it. Rufus is so terrible at telling jokes, I could laugh only because I am a good actor.
