Inside the 'Eleventh Hour' Set, Raw!
"Extra" is taking you to the set of "Eleventh Hour" today -- and you can catch all the raw footage as the action unfolds!
We'll be interviewing stars Rufus Sewell and Marley Shelton -- so tune in to ourExtra Raw Channel around 4:00 PM PST today to see the clips.
In the episode filming today, Dr. Jacob Hood and his team must find those responsible for using a biochemical weapon that turns ordinary people into murderers.extratv.warnerbros.com/2009/02/visit_the_set_of_eleventh_hour.phpI don't know if this will be viewable in the UK, so I hope someone can record it so Maxx can put it up.

It sounds to me as though the 'Extra Raw Channel' is referring to some cable station? Is that your impression? If so, I wouldn't be able to tape it, as we only have network.
I'm afraid I'm really ignorant about this stuff. How do you record something and then get it on the internet? Does it have to be recorded on DVD, or can it be a tape?

I have no idea!
I am wondering if the interview will be online, live-streaming or something? If so, maybe it can be saved to the hard-drive?
Maaaaxxxxxxxxx!!!!!!!

Oh, that makes more sense -- when I clicked on that link it took me to an on-line site that had live-streaming. I'm afraid I am clueless at that point, though, as how to capture it.

Hi, GreenEyesToo My sister and I watched Extra on TV at the time it airs here in San Diego which is at 8:00pm. No such interview about the EH aired. Was it an online event? If so do you know how we can pick it up? I'm clueless as lizap as how to capture it.

I just checked back at the Extra site, and here is a link to an interview with Marley Shelton. While I was typing those words, they added a video with Omar Benson Miller (new guy). The url is the same, so just scroll down to find both videos. I'm hoping they'll add Rufus next (grr, they better)! extratv.warnerbros.com/videos/channels/?channel=79356PS The interviewer is dopey!

Thanks, Rueful - just went to that link (you should be able to see those clips online, too, Spice) and watched those two, plus there's now a short clip from on-set, but still no interview with Rufus. WAH! They fibbed!
Oh, and I sooooo agree about that interviewer - he couldn't even remember who Rufus plays!

Maybe that's why Rufus wasn't around! He saw how bad the guy was and went running the other direction.
Can I ask if you were the poster who complained on the Extra site about the lack of Rufus?

hehehe!
anyway, i apologize in advance if anyone is actually a fan of this show, but everytime i watched it (for a few minutes only, then the remote called desperately to be used), i ended up talking back to the tv screen with disbelief, in unflattering terms.
totally superficial, rumour-based, and intelligence free. which might describe most of my posts here (LOL) but, hey! i'm not getting paid to write them! i cannot belive that people are actually making a living doing such... well.... such sh**.
sorry, that was my b*tching moment of the day. i am allowed to. its valentine's day, and my valentine is still away, i am cranky, and no one is there to stop me, so there you go.

I don't expect Edward R. Murrow from an entertainment news show, but a minor degree of professionalism wouldn't hurt. Usually, the no-talents are hired because they're at least pretty to look at, but this interviewer wasn't even on camera. Must be related to somebody.
Lots of Valentine's hugs to you, Tipou, to ease the crankiness! Or better yet, pull out your favorite Rufus video.

Ok, I take back EVERYTHING I said about Extra above. Here's a link to the 12 minute interview with Rufus that they've finally posted. I'm not sure if it will be the first one listed. If not, scroll down the list on the right. extratv.warnerbros.com/videos/channels/?channel=79356"My pleasure, I had no choice." ROFLMAO! He totally means it!

Yay, they came through after all! Thanks for re-checking, Rueful! Nice long interview, too. But, ooh, his body language to start - crossed arms, very closed down. I love how animated he became as it went along. Still haven't changed my view about that interviewer, though - talk about fatuous questions! "Anyone phoned you for stem cell recommendations?", (re his photography) "You photo nudes?", "Did you know who Marley went to her prom with?".....oh, puh-lease...!!! And he's obsessed with salmonella and peanuts! All credit to Rufus for not showing his irritation......well, maybe a frozen look for a nano-second or two. I wonder why it took them so long to put it up?

He really looked like he'd been dragged out kicking and screaming, but my take is that since he's naturally a nice person, he eventually gave the interviewer what he needed.
You're right, the interviewer was almost unbearable. Besides the stupid questions, several times, it was like he was starting to ask the next question before Rufus had completed the previous one. Maybe that was the delay--they've had to edit out the portions where Rufus called him a git or something. (I'm not sure what a git is, actually, but it sounds bad.)
Ruf's sense of humor sure shined through. I loved the repeated "kitten....or puppy." He's so funny.
