Looks like I'm the lone stand out on this one. I'm sticking to my vote, because I thought all or most of his scenes were cringeworthy. Sorry, but I didn't like last weeks show at all. I thought the timing was off and it just felt plain awkward.

DGD you can put yourself on the waiting list at Amazon. As soon as it becomes available they will notify you via e-mail, and I think you may be able to pre-order, I did it so long ago I truly don't remember but you can check it out.

i also pre-ordered Vinyan...also on the list for an update for when Womens Murder Club comes out on DVD. That will be even shorter than EH though because of that damn selfish writers strike...*i'm still pissed about that crap*

I pre-ordered that too! If they just paid the writers what they were worth, why do you think there are so many awful realty shows on? If Felix stays in the background as he has in the latest episode I wouldn't mind as much, if he gets equal airtime to Shelton then I'm vehement in my opinion, dump him or at least relegate him to menial tasks nothing major, not retracting my vote by no means.

last night I was a little miffed but also a little happy. When Felix went rushing out into the rain to chase after Thomas, I was like oh great..he's gonna tackle someone again. It was funny once...more than once would have been overkill. But then Rachel stepped in I kind of got that feeling of mother hen protecting her boys. Kind of cute really. Wouldn't have made any sense if Felix had been an experienced agent, but he's a rookie, and Jacob is just stubborn. It's funny that it's the woman that has the brains of the trio when it comes to staying out of trouble. Course that will probably be it's downfall, women aren't allowed to be smarter or better than men after all.

Yeah, I like Rachel I like that she's the stronger of the three of them (now anyway, before it was just Jacob).
DGD in answer to your question, I am a NY'er I don't follow, and I simply adore rocking the boat, it's fun.

I like all the characters but I am beginning to like Felix more than Rachel because he seems to have a more believable role.
It bothers me the way she chirps out "Hood" all the time. As they spend so much time together on such intense cases with Jacob being a sensitive incredibly intelligent individual, I don't buy into her character or communication with him. He still really has no need for a body guard although they are trying to bring that facet back into the forefront by making him a bit more absent minded, but she is a little too chirpy and defensive in her manner and body language.

and see that is what I think is believable about her. She is a bit overprotective, a bit over the top about in her mannurisms and such, but I think that is because she is a female in a male dominated agency. In the same way that Clarice Starling over did it sometimes in the Hannibal series. She's trying to prove something to the big wigs, she's trying to prove something to herself, and in the process she comes off as being a tad too much.

I don't think she was too pleased to be a pseudo babysitter for a brainiac in the form of Hood, although I volunteer myself. There was en episode a while back where Rachel met a colleague and friend from the Academy, he, and I stress he , was on the fast track and let her know it, when her duties came up she was less than obliging in describing her duties. She looked upset too, but they chose her for a reason, and I think with time she has come to realize that what she does has merit, although I still think she has to prove something, as females don't we all?

I think you've hit the nail on the head, Peach. At first she seemed to wonder why, after all that training, she'd been given a job resembling one she probably had in high school--watching an unruly child. Now that they've worked a number of important cases, she knows what it's all about. She looked pretty pleased when the FBI agent mentioned Hood's perfect record during the last ep.
