I like a big dog. I think they have a gentler nature. I have both a small and big dog. The smaller one is a terrier...enough said.

Hiya..think this should be entitled.... 'That's nearly my pet!' My boss and his GF took (furry) Rufus to the vets on Tuesday to get him checked out. Pleased to discover that he is a lovely healthy kitten, passed his MOT with flying colours and my kind boss even got his first vaccination done. So at work yesterday I had a supervisor!!  You heard of 'All work no play', well it was more 'No work, all play'.  He didn't make things easy.    Filing is no longer a safe occupation!! Ohh and I have done the toe count, no extras!! ;D I have been trying to justify calling him Rufus - as he does not have green eyes. Well here's 2 reasons: 1. He's beautiful 2. He's got designer (3 day) stubble!! (Far fetched I know as Rufus kitten's is all over)  |

Well little Rufus had an exciting weekend. Yesterday he was allowed out into the garden for the first time as the weather was so lovely. It was also really nice to air the house out!! Needless to say he slept very well last night. The following morning......  Rather too interested in the sink and water in general for my liking. Having a bath is now no longer a safe or peaceful experience!  He made a point of checking the taps in the sink were working OK first......  ...then he got stuck into his 'wash n brush-up'.  ...taking care to clear the sink out afterwards......  ...even paws-in ( I know  ) to clean out the plug hole! Afterwards he looked just....sooooo perfect......sooooo....  Beautiful. It's like competing with a teenager again to get in the bathroom each morning. ;D |
