LOL...fair point Rachel. I suppose it's only par for the course (as Albert might say)!! I will do my best to get a photo of the new kitten (hopefully with Rufus) over the weekend. Weather wet today, so here's hoping it improves. Edited Saturday to add.  This is the kitten next door stalking Rufus. Rufus is hiding somewhere!! |

The 'newbie' is coming along nicely. Another trip to the vets today for her second jab. Had her nails clipped too!!! Poor Mr LTM has been spiked a couple of times recently!!   She's starting to relax more now, getting used to her surroundings.  Still a way to go yet. Tends to run for cover if you get too close, but once you pick her up she will have a cuddle. 
She is still a bit underweight, but she's eating well so shouldn't be long before she reaches a healthy weight of around 6 kilos. I got her a small pouch of catnip earlier. She loves it, rolls all over it. Sadly Rufus has now had a go and has sucked it to death. It's a sort of soggy sack now!  |
