You girls are cracking me up! Numbat, I particularly liked your sequence, but I think you made a mistake when you cropped that last photo. I feel sure you meant to include more of the bathtub on the left side of the picture, and less of the wall on the right. Perhaps you can try again?

Sorry bluehorse, but my cap-it has Albert in and if Albert says it's mashed potato then it is!!! Rueful, i tried my hardest to get more of the bathtub, but the damn camera operator just didn't co-operate!!! The best i could get was this one - if it's any consolation, i do believe he is wearing black trunks!!! Right that's it - i'm off. I can't listen to any more of it.......... Now I think we should continue the cap-its on the cap-its page. This is Albert's thread after all and we've probably exhausted the "what are they eating" issue now!!!

Albert is right, and you are right, Numbat. It is his thread. I really don't know how these other guys came in. Please, don't be angry with me, Numbat... let's make peace. No more arguing! Forgive me my foolishness, please And I truly agree with you: he is wearing black trunks in the bath tub. Now the question is: is this because Albert is the kind of type who never undresses? Nor in bed nor in the bath tub? Or is it because Rufus did not want to repeat the experience he had made in Dark City where the water was sooooo cold?

Thanks for your effort, Numbat. You know I only asked for pure and noble purposes, to see if Albert had a rubber duckie in the tub with him. But I see that bluehorse has already started an intelligent line of bathtub questioning, so I'll say I think the best explanation for the black trunks is your last point!

I don't know if you consider this in the realm of an "intelligent bathtub question" but is his chest more hairy here than in other movies? I know that hair is darker when it's wet and maybe that's why it looks like there's more there. Has anyone made that observation? Not that I dream, obsess, want, fantasize, think constantly about think it really matters, you understand! ;D

wichi I had that question in my mind for quite a while but didn't dare to ask! I also thought, well, hair seems darker when wet... but there's definitely MORE hair (come on girls, who of you have not counted them yet in every bare chest scene???) So probably he does not only have the magic beard trimmer numbat once mentioned (I can't remember in which thread) with which Lord Marke used to keep his 5 o'clock shade. He also has a magic chest hair trimmer! Seth had made excessive use of it, I guess (because he IS wet and still there seems to be MUCH less hair). Charles a bit less. Also Ademar. But Mick must have had a session or two. And also Marco. So for pure scientific purposes, I will go over all the bare chest scenes and count the hairs all over again. Who's joining me? And I quote wichi "Not that I dream, obsess, want, fantasize, think constantly about think it really matters" Mere scientific curiosity! How could a woman like me be obsessed by rice theories chest hair such profane questions?

very nice subject again, but it´s just a optical illusion, as you write, hair seems darker when wet!!! Aber wir können die Untersuchung gemachen.

Okay, ladies, getting way off topic here! Please start a separate thread in the Other Rufus section! Thank you.

Thank you, GE2, I really appreciate your invitation to fill this thread (and others on Rufus' work) with more serious discussions. As for the off topic stuff, I take this as my responsibility. It was simply having some fun and I apologize if I broke the rules. To be honest, I really do miss discussions in these threads. As you might have noticed, a few pages earlier it started as a SERIOUS discussion, but it took almost a month until someone finally got in. The same in other threads. I understand that only Rookies like me still feel the urgent need of discussing films which expert Rufans have seen years ago. On the other hand, I know from some "older" members that they would highly appreciate a renewed focus on such discussions. So I'm really looking forward to many interesting discussions. As for the chest hair thing, I wait for some other lady to open a new thread
